These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, downloads, and engagements with Conscious Catalysts digital products, including 2026 Cosmic Planning Guide, Gather Your Blueprint (GYB), promptbooks, bundles, and related resources available via Conscious Catalysts and any affiliated platforms.

By purchasing or accessing these materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all digital and electronic products distributed by Conscious Catalysts. “Client” refers to any natural or legal person purchasing or downloading a Conscious Catalysts product via our secure payment gateway or affiliated platform. All orders constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Age of Access

Conscious Catalysts resources are intended for individuals aged 16 and above (for digital downloads and self-study materials) and 18 and above (for coaching, workshops, and live experiences). We reserve the right to revoke access or refund purchases made by individuals who do not meet these age requirements.

3. Purpose of Use

The resources, promptbooks, and experiences shared through Conscious Catalysts are designed for self-reflection and personal exploration only. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, nor a replacement for professional therapy, counselling, coaching, or certified readings.

Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Numerology are vast systems of study.

What you’ll find here is a simplified, empowering doorway into those maps - an invitation to explore, not an instruction to follow. Use these tools as companions to deepen awareness. Your decisions, actions, and interpretations remain entirely your responsibility. Conscious Catalysts makes no guarantee of outcomes or transformations.

All Conscious Catalysts materials - including written text, questions, frameworks, visual design, and brand assets - are protected by international copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of Conscious Catalysts (Katie Barget, Founder).

You may not:

You may:

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australia Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes.
Prices may change at any time, but the rate charged will be the one displayed at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order. Conscious Catalysts uses secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
All payment data is encrypted and processed in accordance with industry standards.
Conscious Catalysts does not store credit card details.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Delivery & Access

Upon purchase, you will receive digital access via download link, email, or membership portal.
Please ensure your email and details are entered correctly - Conscious Catalysts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Conscious Catalysts respects your privacy.
Personal data collected during purchase (such as name, email, and billing information) is used solely to process your order, communicate updates, and deliver purchased products.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
